Description

Comments and Description:

Not many remember that home movies in the 1930's were in 16mm film size (8mm hadn't been invented).  This heavy duty all metal projector is in very nice condition, especially for its age.  My uncle was the original owner.  It's a great display, de'cor or conversation piece.
FEATURES:
*The case shows scuff marks and some wear.  Latch and construction is sound.  Has a carrying handle, take up reel and lens compartment.
* Beautiful "textured finish", weight 12 lbs.  Serial #960
* Variable speed motor forwards & reverse, works.
* Projector lamp & toggle off/on switch work great.
* 110 cord not original.
* The take up cables are in good condition, however they are not engaging (not sure why, worked 15 years ago when I inheirited it).
*Lens: f1.85 manufactured by Simpson Instrument & Lens Corp. Chicago, Ill.
