Comments and Description:
H-S Precision stock #107 (same as Sendero models), trued action, .200 recoil lug, stock has been epoxy bedded (devcon 10210), barrel has been turned for 5/8x24 tpi muzzle brake, Muzzle has an 11 degree target crown and a witt machine 5 port brake. I just built this one and will start load work this week. I will have a recipe for either a 212gr Hornady ELD-X or 210gr Bergers. This gun will come with 20 rounds of your choice. Buyer must do a backround check and pay Idaho sales tax. I will ship it for free. This has a factory 26" barrel that is brand new. It was taken off another rifle I had. This gun has never been fired to date. You can do your own load work if you want. Active service members and Veterans get 10% off and 50 rounds of ammo with this gun. Thank you. UPDATE: 12/16/17 Load work is done. 210 Bergers shot better at 200 yards (.582 vs .906) but the 212 ELD-X shot better at 500 (1.974 vs 4.390). I will continue work on these loads and will shoot them to 1000 yards. Currently I have 60 rounds through this rifle. My 210 loads are running 2910 fps and my 212 are running 2933 fps. Both loads are at or over 1800 fps at 1000 yards. As always I invite you to shoot this rifle for yourself before you buy it. We shoot at 500 yards for 5 shots at a 12" metal circle. Ladies, this rifle has little felt recoil so please give this a try as well. Thanks for looking. Update: 1219/17 I have upgraded this rifle with a Timney 510 trigger set at 2.5lbs. There is no additional charge for this. I will have more photos from shooting a metal at 700 and 800 yards coming soon. Also, I have a Vortex 6-24x50 HST, model 4325 mounted on this rifle. If you want the complete package including free turret labels for your choice of load the price is $2,377.00. Labels from CTS are $29.00. I paid $677, which includes tax and shipping on the scope. No tax will be charged on the scope. Plus you get the Talley one piece bases free ($69.00).
