I'm selling this for my Brother ... It was in my dad's antique collection when he passed away. I've never seen another like it. Missing a few scales on her but otherwise fantastic condition ... When you press the button you have spark ... I'm not Shure how to put lighter fluid in it and I probably won't because I've got it listed on eBay also. We think it's 1930's Japan because of WW2 and the likelihood of production in Japan at that time. ??
