Some times people see the price on this 1911 and call me and say "But is it good... is it a good gun?"
Let me save you the phone call.

Now that we got that out of the way, let's talk: This is Chiappa's entry-level 1922 22 pistol in the iconic and legendary 1911. Where I come from, 1911s are cool, iconic, legendary, awesome, bad _ _ _, and a host of other adjectives that will never be able to adequately describe John Moses Browning's historically amazing pistol (John's picture included for you young bucks). Browning's 1911 is just as mainstream today as it was when it was first deployed into service in 1911. (Wait, did I read that date correctly or is it a type-o? Oh, is that why it's called a "1911"? You young bucks are catching-on-quick). Yes, John Browning--- Utah's famous firearm designer birthed this baby in 1911. Some Utahans have called "1911" the most legendary year in firearm history.
