Comments and Description:
My plans for a new lifestyle have changed, and as such, I'm regretfully parting ways with this awesome 19' RV I picked up last February.
When I bought the vehicle, the fuel line from the filler neck was completely rotten, and the line from the bend below that wasn't rated for fuel, resulting in terrible leaks. I've repaired the fuel line since then, and can confirm there are no leaks after recently putting $10 of gas in it. Runs and drives great!
Powered by a Chevy 350 that was recently rebuilt by the previous owner!
I've updated the RV in many ways beyond that since purchase, including:
* Swapping out the original green 3-burner stove for a black Magic Chef 4-burner.
* Sealing the roof and windows (all were leaking pretty badly).
* Purchased vinyl flooring, but haven't installed it yet.
* Installed new curtains and rods.
* Resealed the aluminum siding where it was lifting up.
* Added a locking gas cap (still have the original).
The bones of this RV are solid, considering the previous leaks, and only small portions of the wood will need to be replaced (kitchen area and cabover bed) as a more permanent solution. My son has been using it as an impromptu apartment with no issues. The RV battery is in good shape and powers low wattage appliances without shore power, but the use of outlets (all work well) and the AC would require a generator (the onboard generator doesn't work) or 130W shore power (adapter included).
The RV is totally self-contained with a full bathroom and shower, freshwater tank, working furnace and A/C, and would be perfect for someone looking for easy, reliable lodging or camping. I'll even throw in the LP tanks and the propane heater they power, and the main onboard LP tank is full.
Parked at 6707 West Douglas Street Boise, ID, 83704 if you want to take a look.
