As new in box with all that it came from in box. I have a few carry guns and could use the cash or possible trade for old school firearm, these little guns retail for around a grand when you can find one, you can save a little on this one ,and as said as new. Great little concealed carry with the punch of the 9mm. I have had the small carrys in 45 and found they were not very accurate for me. If you are going to carry concealed it is hard to beat this little #. please no scammers or out of state, under 21, or not legal to buy. Thanks for looking
