This is an AR15 upper and lower receiver set. The "AMBI" refers to an ambidextrous bolt release control, which is fitted and installed from the factory, no installation or parts needed for this feature. It is a press-button lever that allows you to drop the bolt with your index finger. I built and own an SLR AR10 which also has this feature. It is not a gimmick and functions very well, it is smooth and the lever is very high quality construction and operation. It doesn't wiggle or have any play to it's design. Very cool feature. If you're not familiar with SLR, check out their website. They make premium products. I purchased this upper and lower a while ago, but never got around to building another AR and decided to sell.
