This is a ventilation fan for a greenhouse, workshop, Barn, working garage etc. this fan is commercial grade. Used in great condition, very clean, has a brand new belt. Dimensions are: 28 in wide, 28 and 1/2 in high. Design specifications and compatibility are shown in the picture, showing electrical information. Asking $350 NOT interested in trade. Ive seen the same fan on the web for $1500.00 brand new. I'm a disabled vet, so you'll have to bring someone to help you lift it. Not heavy at at, just awkward due to size.
