This is a New Marlin 1895 45-70, it has the laminated stock, picatinny rail, ghost sites and is ready for a muzzle brake/suppressor with an 18" barrel. I have decided to go a different route and keep my 405 Winchester. It has only been taken out of the plastic wrapper for the pictures, all the safety locks are still in place and has never been cycled. Call or text Dave 208-nine8nine-7six2seven.
