This is a factory built Surgeon Scalpel in 6.5 Creedmoor on their proven 591 action. It has a 24” Bartlein barrel in a McMillan A3-5 which was fully bedded at the factory by Surgeon. It’s topped off with a U.S. Optics LR-17 which is a FFP scope with 3.2-17x magnification Mil/Mil. It comes with three magazines. I got the rifle new back in 2016 along with 2,000 rounds of factory Hornady 147gr ELD-M ammunition and used to shoot matches, but have done so since 2018-2019 and have only shot it to check zero. This thing is an absolute rack driver but never gets shot any longer. I still have 80-100 rounds of the original lot of ammo that I bought with it. Not seperate just yet, unless the offer makes sense. No trades.
