Up for sale is a M.1867 Cavalry Carbine "a Tabatiere" French single shot breech loading carbine. The lock plate has following markings, "M-re Imp-ale de St. Etienne". This might be a type of conversion or another model varient that I am not aware of. This was my fathers and am asking $500 or will take the best offer.
