It's a Weather Guard toolbox bolted to a hitch mounted rack. It works great for luggage or could also hold game. Seals very well. Has new struts for the lid. Has two mounts on top for bikes. Box is 62x20x20. Comes with 2 keys and locks up tight. The box alone would be $400.
