Bought this as an Elk rifle but has since been replaced. Always been kept in a safe and only fired once a year. Less than 100 rounds put through it. 3 round detachable magazine, 3 position safety, picatinny rail on top. Comes with 1 1/2 boxes of Hornady 162 grain ELD-X. I found that this is the ammunition it likes the best. With these rounds before the season it shot a sub-MOA group. Savage accutrigger from the factory.
